The youth of today are future pillars of our society. Apart from knowledge and skills, it is also essential for them to have creativity, vision, sense of responsibility and other qualities. Wofoo has been fostering youth development over the years, providing youngsters from different backgrounds with self-actualisation opportunities and platforms for exchanging ideas. At the same time, serving various communities enables them to contribute to the society through concrete actions.

The Warehouse Teenage Club

The Warehouse Teenage Club (Warehouse) is located at Old Aberdeen Police Station, a Grade II Historic Building. As a registered charitable non-profit organisation founded by Prof. Frank White from the University of Hong Kong in 1995, the Warehouse aims to provide a safe environment for youngsters to unleash their creativity and talents. The Warehouse organises different programmes of arts and cultural heritage conservation, and is one of the first non-profit-making youth organisations that provides Makerspace in Hong Kong. The Warehouse Makerspace is a community co-working space that gathers young creative talents ranging from 16 to 29 years old to initiate a wide range of maker projects to children and teenagers.

Wofoo Leaders' Network

Established in 2006, “Wofoo Leaders’ Network” (WLN) is the core project of Wofoo Social Enterprises. It is dedicated to promoting “Responsible Citizenship” and building a harmonious and caring society.

As one of the largest tertiary student platforms in Hong Kong, WLN has a total of 25 Chapters in different institutions and more than 45,000 members over the past 14 years. With a wide range of activites revolving around “leadership training”, “civic education” and “social service”, WLN enables students to achieve whole-person development. It also raises their awareness to contemporary issues and sense of belonging to the country, nurturing our youngsters to be future leaders of Hong Kong.

Wofoo Youth Network

WYN targets at primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong. By engaging in activities that revolve around “Youth Development”, “Civic Education”, “National Education”, “Leadership Training” and “Social Services”, students are expected to improve their different skills, gain experience of serving the community, as well as enhance their sense of belonging to the country. All these help them lay a solid foundation for being a “responsible citizen.”

Chinese Youth Exchange Centre (Hong Kong) Ltd. (CYEC)

The centre is set up to unite the younger generations to explore our profound Chinese culture, such as understanding its diversity and studying the history and future development of our motherland. By exchanging ideas, participants are going to learn how to make significant contributions to the country.
