The Handchime and Handbell Teams from W F Joseph Lee Primary School and Hong Chi Morninghope School, Tuen Mun, jointly organised the second “Resonance of Bells ” joint school concert in the multi-purpose hall at W F Joseph Lee Primary School on 10 July 2025. The first “Resonance of Bells” concert was successfully held at Hong Chi Morninghope School on 24 June 2025. Under the careful guidance of their mentors, members of both schools’ handchime and handbell teams rehearsed tirelessly, using the power of music to build bridges between individuals, allowing the melodious sound of the bells to resonate deeply in the hearts of the audience.
The purpose of the “Resonance of Bells” joint school concert is to help students learn to understand and respect individuals with different needs within an inclusive educational environment. The event provides a valuable opportunity for students to collaborate with peers from other schools, experience the charm of music together, and establish closer ties with the community.
Through communication and cooperation, students not only enhance their teamwork skills but also gain a deeper appreciation for the importance of inclusion and compassion, laying a solid foundation for building a more harmonious and diverse society. During this event, students showcased their talents and created beautiful musical memories together!
