Sponsored by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau and the Committee on the Promotion of Civic Education, the “Inclusion for the Future: A Better World Summit” concluded successfully on March 14 2026, bringing together over 200 tertiary students from diverse cultural backgrounds to encourage non-local students to better integrate into Hong Kong’s living, academic, and professional environments while exchanging ideas and exploring future possibilities with local students.
A highlight of the event was the session “The Road to the Hong Kong Film Awards,” hosted by the current and immediate past Presidents of Integrated Wofoo Leaders’ Network and featuring Best Actress of Hong Kong Film Award Ms. Michelle Wai, who shared her story of overcoming challenges and low points in her acting career to inspire youth to bravely pursue their dreams.
Furthermore, the summit encouraged young people to practice positive values and jointly build a caring and inclusive society through expert sharing, positive youth games, urban planning discussions, and multicultural exchange activities.
