From September to November 2025, the APAC Green Innovator Academy is empowering a powerful network of over 40 passionate young leaders from 9 countries and regions across the Asia-Pacific. Hailing from Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Hong Kong, these changemakers are collaborating to build a more sustainable and interconnected future.
Wofoo Leaders’ Network (WLN) provides Hong Kong youth with a unique platform to deepen their understanding of green citizenship while connecting with a diverse pan-Asian peer group. Through a dynamic curriculum blending innovation, entrepreneurship, and intercultural dialogue, participants gain hands-on experience and a global perspective on sustainability.
Program Highlights include:
- Field Trips: Exploratory visits to sustainability sites in Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand, and the Philippines.
- Eco-Visits: Engaged with environmental organizations focused on waste reduction, recycling and green innovation.
- Dialogue with Experts: Shared ideas with visionary entrepreneurs and sustainability leaders.
- Workshops: Tackling real-world environmental problems through creative problem-solving.
- Cross-Cultural Collaboration: A core component of the program, enabling youth to exchange ideas, share values, and build a cohesive network that turns diversity into a collaborative advantage.
The academy will conclude on November 30, 2025, with a Final Forum where participants will present their co-created projects.
