Date : 2026-06-16

Since 2015, Wofoo Social Enterprises has been actively promoting happiness among Hong Kong citizens by fostering a culture of well-being across various dimensions, including individuals, families, schools, communities, and workplaces. In particular, the organization has focused on creating healthier and more positive learning environments for students, teachers, and parents within schools.

To further this mission, Wofoo has become a co-organizer of the “Happy School Recognition Scheme 2025–2026,” aimed at acknowledging schools dedicated to cultivating a culture of happiness on campus. This year, 53 kindergartens, primary schools, and secondary schools across Hong Kong participated in the program, demonstrating the education sector’s commitment to well-being education.

On May 22, the annual recognition ceremony and seminar were held, featuring distinguished guests such as Dr. LAM Ching-choi, GBS, JP, Non-official Member of the Executive Council, and Mr. NG Hak-kim, GBS, JP, former Secretary for Education. Both commended the participating schools for their efforts. The seminar brought together experts in policy-making, academic research, and family education to explore strategies for systematically enhancing happiness on campuses. Topics included the importance of policy support, the role of school leadership, and the interplay between family education and student well-being.

Looking ahead, Wofoo Social Enterprises remains committed to collaborating with various stakeholders to implement diverse initiatives that enhance overall happiness in Hong Kong, embodying both social responsibility and a vision for the city’s future development.
